conditions that constitute our policies.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed the same business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on
weekends or holidays.
Shipping times vary by destination.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please
allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your
order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping will automatically be calculated on items in your cart. Large and or heavy items as well as shipping to remote destinations may incur extra fees. In this case you will be contacted before processing your order.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) if available. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
We ship to most countries worldwide.

Warranty / Returns
Exchange or refund within 30 days. Parts must not be damaged to be eligible.
Electrical parts do not carry a warranty. All sales final.
With selling used parts there’s always a chance of having an issue. In the event you are unhappy or have a concern with your order please let us know as we always want to make sure our customers are happy and we do our very best to do so.
Core refund is done once a usable core is returned and refund will be completed by the way of original payment.
